Please take time to read our Terms and Conditions and our Salons in-house Policy’s before you visit or make your appointment with us.

Please note that as a small business these Terms & Conditions and in salon policy’s keep us established as a business. We have the right to refuse entry and refuse your booking if these terms are not met by our customers, whether they are new or existing.

Cancellations & Booking Deposit policy

As a small business we have now had to implement a Cancellation & Booking Deposit policy due to no shows, last minute cancellations and clients moving their booking on the day of their appointment.

Please note: That for some of our longer appointments we will now require a 50% refundable booking deposit to be paid at the time of making your appointment.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AMEX, AFTERPAY, GIFT VOUCHERS

We always call or send a text message reminder to your phone 2 days prior to your appointment booking with us.

It is the responsibility of you the client to respond ‘YES’ to confirm or call us immediately to avoid losing your 50% deposit fee.

Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or a 100% for not showing up.

Failure to pay deposits and reschedule last minute or the day of, those clients will have to pay 100% of their next appointment or endure the deposit as a fee on top of their bill.

Clients please respect that if you are running more than 15-20 minutes late, cancellation of your appointment will be at the discretion of the Beauty Therapist as they may not be able to complete your treatment due to timing issues. Also it is unfair to our Beauty Therapists to now have their whole day running behind. We ask that you please respect our time management

 

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • This Gift Voucher is valid for 3 years from the purchase date
  • Treat your Gift Voucher like cash
  • Gift Vouchers are not to be used on promotional and discounted days
  • Gift Vouches must be presented at the time of purchase
  • Any reservation made using a gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy and will automatically be redeemed in the case of a no show.
  • Gift vouchers can only be used for services or products purchases
  • This Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or for the use to purchase another gift voucher, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidate to a new voucher or be replaced after the expiry date.
  • Your Essential Beauty & Massage are not responsible for the lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission.
